About Ms. Feng Shui
I am a certified Feng Shui consultant and experienced real estate investor. Through my firm, Ms. Feng Shui, I provide personalized, professional, in-person and virtual Feng Shui consultations and seminars. I specialize in working with real estate, primarily consulting to home builders on new residential development projects.

Feng Shui Certification of Property
Dependent upon the degree of Feng Shui implementation based upon my consultations, I can provide an official Feng Shui certification of the project. This certification will highlight the various aspects of the property and buildings that will provide harmony and balance through Feng Shui. This can be used as a selling tool for future tenants.

Pre-Build Phase
Site Acquisition Consulting
Some builders involve me as early as the site acquisition process to ensure that the land they look to acquire has positive Feng Shui. I look at the energy flow of a property and particularly focus on its energy flow in the streets, rivers, electrical lines, etc. I also look at the prior use of the land and the use of the surrounding lots. Though I can virtually always provide cures and remedies in the Feng Shui of bad properties, I will recommend against purchasing a property if it is in the builder’s best interest. return to top
Naming and Numbering Review
Some names and numbers can have a particularly negative or positive connotation to those familiar with Feng Shui and certain Asian languages. Numbers, in particular, could mean anything from “death” to “infinite prosperity.” Naming is an excellent way to compensate for unavoidable Feng Shui problems in site designs and unit designs. To make sure that particular names and numbers used in the project provide for positive Feng Shui for the builder and future tenants, I can remotely review community names, conference room names, home design names, street names, street numbers, etc. return to top
Architect Training
In order to provide a more efficient solution for the home builder, I can provide training for site, home and landscaping architects. This will minimize the amount of time required in the later design stages in modification of designs without Feng Shui in mind. return to top
Site Design Review
The layout of buildings along streets and the use of open space is quite important to Feng Shui. Often-referenced concerns include corner lots and T-intersections. To make sure that the overall site designs provide for positive Feng Shui for the builder and future tenants, I can provide on-site and remote consultation services to site planners to discuss Feng Shui and its application in building arrangement, open space, hardscaping, streetscaping, etc. I can also provide alternative design suggestions and/or remedies for hazardous elements and can review final site designs. return to top
Home/Unit Design Review
Unit designs that are auspicious for Feng Shui can be quite complex to achieve. Commonly-known designs that are hazardous include front doors that open to stairs, door alignment, and spiral staircases. To ensure that the individual unit designs and layouts offer positive Feng Shui, I can provide on-site and remote consultation services to architects and planners on individual unit designs, ensuring that Feng Shui guidelines are met while also being considerate of traffic flow, orientation, height, volume, etc. I can also provide alternative design suggestions and/or remedies for hazardous elements and can also review final unit designs and layouts. return to top
Landscaping Design Review
Landscaping is an overlooked area to Feng Shui in many developments. The use of Feng Shui principles can ensure proper flow of energy through the property, but it is also useful to remedy and compensate for unavoidable hazardous elements in the site plan. To make sure that Feng Shui standards are met in general landscaping of the development, I can provide on-site and remote consultation services to landscape architects on general landscaping design to include hardscaping and softscaping, review final landscaping designs, and can perform site visits to make sure implementation is followed. return to top
Site Blessing / Space Clearing
Depending on prior use of a property, lingering energy could be quite negative. A Feng Shui site blessing will clear out potentially negative energy. This is beneficial not only for would-be tenants, but also to streamline construction. Post-Build Phase
Model Home Review
Model homes are an opportunity to showcase the attention that the builder has given to Feng Shui. To ensure model homes are staged to attract customers knowledgeable of Feng Shui, I will provide on-site and remote Feng Shui consultation services on interior paint colors, appliances, etc. I will also provide on-site and remote consultation services to staging companies on furniture and decorations. The ultimate goal is to ensure homes are appealing to those with knowledge of Feng Shui while not impeding traffic flow, orientation, height, and volume. return to top
Sales Team Training
More important to a potential tenant knowledgeable of Feng Shui than the square footage is proper energy flow. To ensure that those working with potential tenants are knowledgeable of Feng Shui, I will provide an on-site Feng Shui training program to include a customized presentation for the builder’s sales representatives with respect to the development. The goal is to ensure that the sales team can address customers with respect to potentially unavoidable Feng Shui concerns and to also help them upsell upgrades that will benefit Feng Shui tenants. return to top
Opening Blessing / Space Clearing
Much can happen during the build phase of a project. A Feng Shui site blessing can clear out potentially negative energy that lingers prior to opening. This is beneficial not only for would-be tenants, but also to improve occupancy.
